Our standard outdoor bench cushions are 3-4 inches thick, which we've found to be the perfect balance of comfort and durability. We also offer custom thickness options ranging from 2 to 6 inches to meet your specific comfort preferences and seating requirements.

We use high-density foam core wrapped in Dacron batting for optimal comfort and longevity. This combination provides excellent support while maintaining softness. For outdoor cushions, we use quick-dry foam that allows moisture to escape, preventing mold and mildew buildup.

The majority of our materials, except for select specialty fabrics, are sourced within 100 miles of our facility—reducing emissions and minimizing our environmental footprint while ensuring the highest quality standards for your health and safety.

For accurate measurements, use a fabric measuring tape and measure your bench from inside edge to inside edge. You'll need three measurements: Always double-check your measurements before ordering to ensure a perfect fit.

Since each cushion is handcrafted to order, standard production time is 7-14 business days. After production, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. We also offer expedited production (5-7 business days) for an additional fee if you need your cushions sooner.

Your custom cushions will be carefully wrapped in reinforced plastic and shipped via reliable carriers. All orders include tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount within the continental United States.

We hold orders for 48 hours to allow cancellations or changes at no charge. After 48 hours, production begins and changes may incur additional costs. Please contact us immediately at support@rulaercushion.com if you need to modify your order.

Our outdoor fabrics are designed for easy maintenance. For regular cleaning, simply brush off debris and spot clean with mild soap and water. For deeper cleaning, most of our fabrics can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Always air dry—never put cushion covers in the dryer.

Yes! Our outdoor cushions are designed to withstand the elements. The fabrics are UV-resistant, water-repellent, and mold-resistant. However, we recommend storing cushions in a dry place during extended periods of non-use or severe weather to maximize their lifespan.

We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues with stitching, zippers, and structural integrity. Normal wear and tear, fading from UV exposure beyond normal limits, and damage from misuse are not covered.

Since our cushions are custom-made to your specifications, we have a limited return policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days for manufacturing defects or if the product significantly differs from what was ordered. Custom-sized items cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing error on our part.

If your cushions don't fit due to an error in our manufacturing process, we'll remake them at no charge. However, if the issue is due to incorrect measurements provided during ordering, remake costs may apply. This is why we always recommend double-checking measurements before placing your order.
