From now on, you have 365 calendar days to experience your purchase. This isn't just a trial—it's our confidence in our quality. From the day you sign for your package, for an entire year, for any reason at all, we'll prioritize your service request.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange? Two Ways, Both Equally Simple

Option 1: Rapid Refund or Exchange (Recommended)

  1. Contact Us: Simply send an email to support@rulaercushion.com with your order number, and let us know whether you prefer a "refund" or an "exchange for a different size/style."

  2. No Return Required (in most cases): For the vast majority of non-quality-related returns, to save you time and effort, we will directly issue a full refund to you. You don't need to send the item back. You may keep, gift, or dispose of it as you wish.

  3. When a Return is Needed: If the item is of high value or we need it back, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Just hand the package to the courier—you pay nothing, and we handle the rest.

  4. Processing Time: Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 2 business days after we confirm your request.

Option 2: Hassle-Free Mail-Back (You Ship, We Pay)
If for any reason you prefer to mail the item back, the process is just as simple:

  1. Keep the Item in Original Condition: Just make sure the item isn't severely damaged (normal try-on and testing are perfectly fine).

  2. Contact for Return Form: Email us, and we'll immediately send you a return form with detailed instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship it Free: Use any convenient courier service with tracking. Please be sure to keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.

  4. Lightning-Fast Processing: Once we receive your return package, we'll complete the inspection and issue your refund or ship your replacement within 3 business days.

All Costs Are on Us

To make your experience completely worry-free, we firmly promise:

  • All domestic and international return/exchange shipping costs are covered by Rulaer.

  • We will never charge any "restocking fees," "handling fees," or "depreciation fees."

  • If you receive an item with quality issues, incorrect shipment, or missing items, in addition to a full refund or reshipment, we will send you an extra 20% off coupon as an apology for our mistake.

Special Situations, Same Great Protection

① Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If anything unexpected happens during shipping, don't worry. You don't need to contact the carrier—we assume all the risk.

  • Simply notify us with your order number within 7 days after the expected delivery date, and we'll immediately arrange a free reshipment or issue a full refund.

② Price Drop After Purchase

  • If you find that we've lowered the price on the same item within 15 days of your purchase, please contact us. We will unconditioningly refund you the price difference.

③ Unshipped Orders

  • As long as your order hasn't been shipped, you can cancel it at any time by emailing us. We'll process your full refund within 1 business day.
