Scope of Warranty

We offer a three-year warranty on our custom sponge cushion products from the date of purchase, subject to normal use conditions. This warranty policy is only applicable to the original purchaser (“you”) and is only valid in the country/region where the product was purchased. 

The warranty service includes:

Material and manufacturing defects

Internal structure problems of the sponge

Stitching and craftsmanship issues

Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

Abnormal use, wear and tear, intentional or accidental damage.

Improper use, poor maintenance, or failure to follow the product instructions.

Unauthorized repair, modification, or other tampering.

Use of non-original parts, accessories, or components.

Damage caused by natural disasters, fires, collisions, or other force majeure factors

Warranty period has expired.

Warranty Procedures

Contact Customer Service: If your product has a warranty issue within the warranty period, please contact our online customer service or submit a warranty request via email. 

Provide Information: Please provide proof of purchase (such as order number, invoice, etc.) and describe the problem with the product in detail. If possible, please attach photos or videos of the problem.

Confirmation and Verification: After receiving your warranty request, our customer service staff will review and verify the issue. If it meets the warranty conditions, we will arrange for repair or replacement services.

Repair/Replacement: Once the problem is confirmed, we will arrange for repair or replacement of the product based on the specific situation. The repaired or replaced product will continue to enjoy the remaining warranty period.

Shipping the Product: If you need to ship the product to a designated repair point, please ensure that you package the product properly to avoid damage during transportation. The shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the only and exclusive remedy provided by this warranty policy for damaged products is repair or replacement. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product.

This warranty policy does not affect any other statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
